creamsicles
last nite i saw richard buckner and anders parker at the garage in winston with my dearie-o friend tanner. another cream-worthy performance by mister r.B. as for anders, i'll have to keep past performances closer to heart! r.B. did a very similar set to his last show at cat's cradle (october 2004) that i saw. he plays the songs all as one big set/medly, and it's very refreshing in that it's very different from all the other shows i've seen this past year especially. but i wanted to hear *all* of some songs, not just little teasers! that voice does it for me every time. and the hair - i'm always intrigued! his hair was long and flowing, like this:

in site news...the links are finally updated. i think a few are missing, so we'll have to get that fixed. but the page turned out just as cute as i imagined! thanks john!
i've made lots of progress on the mass-production front this weekend. i made little 'free with purchase' treats and lots of fruity slices to be made into brooches and mermaid-style (for lack of a better word) yokes. i've been up into the wee hours, which is amazing considering i usually can't make it past 11!

which is such a change from this! wow!

afterwards we came back to greensboro and headed to jan's house. yummmmy egg and cheese biscuits at 2 am. man i'm going to be longing for jan's house next year at this time, not to mention some good old southern cookin to sop up with a biscuit!
